Determined that families deserve the highest standard of service from senior housing referrers, Diane Delaney founded Golden Placement Services and assembled the “Golden Girls” team. An accomplished executive manager who has been successful in many business ventures throughout her career, Diane has been a partner and Director of Operations in the senior housing industry, where she oversaw the full spectrum of the transition process for seniors and family members. She is known among her clients and peers for her business skills, perseverance, integrity, compassion, lively personality, and for always going the extra mile for her clients. She is also the proud mother of two grown, successful children—her “favorite accomplishment so far.”

LaVona believes that families deserve the assistance of one who understands and cares. She has come to Golden Placement Services with the goal of improving the lives of those who need a change in living arrangements. LaVona has been working with the elderly for the last 36 years. Working in private care and then with in-home care through organizations. She has always had a passion for working with the elderly and returned to school to receive a Master of Psychology Behavioral Health with the goal of advocating for those who needed a voice. She has worked in geriatrics and in Memory Care and has an extensive background in management. Helping the families to make good decisions and to relieve their stress in uncertain times makes life worthwhile. Golden Placement Services allows her to help others and provides great satisfaction.

Stephanie got her start working as an administrator for Golden Placement Services. It served her well as she worked in sales and marketing while living in Austin, TX. Now that she is back in Oregon she’s excited to take the plunge and work alongside the Golden Girls as a placement specialist. She feels lucky to receive her training from experienced mentors, her mother Diane, and co-worker LaVona. Stephanie looks forward to being a part of the family whose main objective is to help your family through senior housing options with empathy, integrity, and compassion.

Lidia Parman has honed her natural talent for logistics throughout her career. She ran the Modesto Youth Soccer League for over 17 years, and subsequently has been responsible for facilitating large scale fundraisers, and corporate and social events. Lidia is thrilled to be working in an environment with Golden Placement Services where her natural skills couple with her passion for helping others, especially seniors and those with special needs. Among her friends and peers, Lidia is known for her efficiency and vivacious, positive attitude. When she is not working (which isn’t often!) Lidia enjoys spending time with her four adult children and grandson, as well as traveling.

Mary Lisa Kuhn owned and operated her own successful business in the Central Valley for more than 25 years. During that time, she managed to cultivate lasting relationships with clients, while serving them with respect and compassion. She simultaneously acted as a board member for many community organizations and events. Mary Lisa has always had a special place in heart for the elderly, and she considers herself the “mother hen” for her brood of octogenarians. She is excited to offer services to the community at large with Golden Placement Services. Mary Lisa of GPS ensures comfortable and suitable transitions for those in need of long-term care. Mary Lisa recently became the very proud grandmother of a baby boy, as well as a Portuguese water dog.
